Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us.

A $3.95 fee will be applied for any shipment sent back to us marked "refused" or "return to sender".

International Customers: We cannot be responsible for the actions of any Customs offices or the reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. International packages must be returned following our Return Policy procedure, as we are not liable for the return of refused packages.
